DealsDirectGH Shipping Policy

1. Overview

DealsDirectGH is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your purchases. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our platform.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer delivery nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time or incur extra fees.

  • International shipping is not yet available, but may be added in future expansions.


3. Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days depending on buyer location.

  • Express Delivery: Available in Accra and Kumasi for same-day or next-day delivery if order is placed before 12:00 PM.

  • Delivery times may vary due to product availability, seller location, or external factors (e.g., public holidays, weather conditions).


4. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on destination, item size, and delivery speed.

  • The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free delivery promotions may be offered during campaigns or on selected items.


5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Buyers will receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details and expected delivery timelines.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


6. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can track your order through your DealsDirectGH account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.


7. Delivery Requirements

  • Buyers must provide accurate address details (preferably with GhanaPostGPS codes) and valid contact information.

  • Buyers should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

  • A representative may receive the order on behalf of the buyer with proper identification.


8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate address or unavailability of the buyer, additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Orders unclaimed within 7 days of attempted delivery may be canceled and refunded (minus applicable fees).

  • In the event of unavoidable delays, our support team will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, missing items, or tampering, report it immediately to the delivery rider and DealsDirectGH support.

  • Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


10. Third-Party Logistics

  • DealsDirectGH partners with reputable delivery providers to ensure safe and efficient shipment.

  • We monitor delivery performance closely but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
