  • Delivery services cover both urban and rural areas. Some remote areas may experience extended delivery times.

  • International delivery is not yet available but may be introduced in future.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 working days depending on location.

  • Express Delivery (Accra & Kumasi only): Same day or next day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to product availability, seller location, or external factors (e.g., weather, public holidays).

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on buyer location, order size, and selected delivery option.

  • Exact charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free delivery promotions may be offered for specific products or during campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

  • Buyers will receive SMS/WhatsApp and email notifications once an order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates will be available through the DealsDirectGH platform.

  • Buyers may also contact customer support or the assigned rider directly for delivery updates.

5. Delivery Requirements

  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses, preferably with GhanaPostGPS.

  • Buyers must be available to receive their package at the agreed time.

  • If the buyer is unavailable, they may assign a representative to collect on their behalf with proper verification.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate address or unavailability of the buyer, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Orders unclaimed within 7 days of attempted delivery may be canceled and refunded (less applicable fees).

7. Inspection on Delivery

  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery.

  • Any visible damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the rider and DealsDirectGH support.

8. Delivery Partners

  • DealsDirectGH works with trusted logistics providers and in-house riders to ensure safe delivery.
