This Buyer Policy is designed to protect both customers and sellers on the DealsDirectGH platform. By using our marketplace, all buyers agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases.

  • Buyers must provide accurate and verifiable personal details including name, address, phone number, and valid payment details.

2. Ordering and Payments

  • All orders must be placed through the DealsDirectGH platform (website or mobile app).

  • Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, card payments, and other approved channels.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

  • For escrow payments, funds will be held until the buyer confirms delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses using GhanaPostGPS or other accepted formats.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, seller availability, and logistics providers.

  • Buyers are responsible for receiving the order at the specified delivery time and location.

  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate address or unavailability of the buyer, additional delivery charges may apply.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Buyers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The item received is damaged or defective.

    • The item is significantly different from the description provided on DealsDirectGH.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Refunds will be processed after verification of the return request and product condition.

  • Escrow payments will only be released to sellers after buyer confirmation or after the return/refund process is resolved.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders.

  • Inspect items upon delivery and confirm receipt through the platform.

  • Use the products responsibly and in line with manufacturer guidelines.

  • Respect sellers, delivery personnel, and customer service staff.

6. Prohibited Buyer Activities

  • Fraudulent activities including chargebacks, false refund claims, or misuse of escrow.

  • Abusive language or behavior towards sellers, riders, or DealsDirectGH staff.

  • Attempting to bypass the DealsDirectGH platform to avoid fees.

Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers will be mediated by DealsDirectGH’s customer support team.

  • Buyers must provide evidence (photos, videos, receipts) to support any claim.

  • DealsDirectGH’s decision on disputes will be final.

8. Policy Updates

  • DealsDirectGH reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

  • Buyers will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
