DealsDirectGH offers returns or refunds on eligible items to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines the conditions, steps, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns outside 15 days will generally not be accepted.
All returns or exchanges must be processed through DealsDirectGH. Direct returns to sellers without platform approval will not be accepted.
To qualify:
The product must be in resalable condition (unused, no signs of wear, original seals intact).
All accessories, freebies, cables, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
The invoice / proof of purchase and warranty card (if applicable) must accompany the item.
Certain categories are non-returnable / non-refundable, including (but not limited to):
Software, downloads, digital goods
Personal care items, hygiene products
Food & perishable goods
Consumables (e.g. printer cartridges, toners)
Items marked “final sale” or “as-is”
Submit Return Request
File a return request via your account dashboard or contact customer support within the eligible window.
Provide photos/videos showing the item’s condition and reason for return.
Approval & Return Shipping
Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
You (the buyer) may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to seller error (wrong item, missing parts, or defect).
Use a trackable shipping method; keep proof of shipment.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, DealsDirectGH / the seller will inspect the return.
If condition is acceptable, refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (or credit to your DealsDirectGH wallet / store credit) within 7 business days after inspection.
In the case of partial refunds, the restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted before refund processing.
If you wish to exchange an item (same model / variant), request this within the 7‑day window.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If a replacement item costs more or less, the price difference will be handled in the refund or additional charge.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or wrong, notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photo evidence.
The item will be replaced or refunded fully (including any shipping costs), without penalty to you.

For returns made after 7 days but before 15 days, a 25% restocking fee may apply (on the item’s sale price).
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller’s fault.
If a return is denied (e.g., item not in acceptable condition), you will be informed and the item may be returned to you (you may bear shipping costs).
DealsDirectGH reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date posted on our site. Returns requests will follow the policy in force at the time of purchase.
